Yes. A complete tech pack is not required to begin. You can send a product photo, sketch, AI concept, market reference or existing sample together with any known details such as size, quantity, intended use and target timing. We will review what can be confirmed from the reference and identify the information still needed before sampling.
2. Do I need a complete tech pack before requesting a quotation?

No. We can review projects at different development stages. A tech pack is helpful for developed products, but early-stage projects can also start from a reference image, sample or basic specification. The more information you provide, the more accurately we can evaluate construction, customization requirements, production feasibility and quotation basis.
3. Can you develop a custom bag from an existing sample or market product?

Yes. An existing sample can be used as a development reference. We can review its size, construction, materials, functional details and branding, then discuss the changes you want to make. Depending on the project, this may include adjusting dimensions, pockets, carrying structure, materials, colors, logo methods or other functional details.
4. What information helps you prepare a more accurate quotation?

Useful information includes the product reference, approximate size, estimated quantity, required functions, branding requirements, preferred material if already decided, destination country and required delivery timing. A target purchasing range can also be helpful when available, especially if the product structure or material direction still needs to be adjusted.
5. What can be customized on a custom bag project?

7. Can changes be made after the first sample?

Yes. Sample development often includes adjustment. Changes may involve size, construction, materials, logo placement, accessories or functional details. If a revision affects material sourcing, production method, cost or lead time, these points should be reviewed and reconfirmed before the next sample or before the project moves into bulk production.
8. How do you control consistency between the approved sample and bulk production?

The approved sample and confirmed specifications are used as the production reference. Key requirements such as dimensions, materials, branding details, hardware, workmanship and packing are checked during production. Finished products are also inspected before packing so that the bulk order follows the approved standard as consistently as possible.
